It happens EVERY time! I log on, and right away feel the enthusiasm within me. The excitement and hope for creativity. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I've always been an internet person and since joining Pinterest (about a year ago) it has always been my HAPPY PLACE! Everytime I love and enjoy. Simply staring into a vision board for hours. Years ago, I was an active woodcrafter and scrapbooker. The passion is still within me but life at times makes it hard to focus and act upon it. I can spend days at a time on Pinterest and feel extremely good just doing so. It motivates me. It inspires me. It excites me. It gives me hope to start crafting again. Little by little, I am getting there. I currently am in the process of creating a scrapbooking mini album from scratch. It looks awesome so far!
I have sooo many projects I want to try and create. I feel like I need an inspiring craft room. It is needed. A very nice coral color for the walls..white shelving attached to the walls with craft supplies displayed. A nice display of my acrylic paints, my scrapbook papers, my crafty tools. Very nice handmade canvas creations hung up. A few colorful burning candles with the a pleasant aroma. A corner for my new Silhouette Cameo machine ..well organized with my computer set up. A beautiful work station. Inspiring girly curtains for the windows. I love to envision and by doing so, I know imagination is life coming attractions.
Pinterest is my main source to stay focused and hopeful. I can hardly go a day without it as it feels sooo good to me. It is absolutely a wonderful place for ideas, sharings and inspirations. It ranges from another addiction I have; Quotes. Alot of scrapbook ideas, wood crafts, pallets and DIY furniture. Home colors and decor, amazing food recipes, adorable pictures of nature and animals; always a feel good. Any interest you have, it's there. As I type this, it is 11:11 ...I am truly connected.
Just thought I'd share my current thoughts. I am grateful for this tool. It feels amazing to see other peoples creativity as I always felt like I was the only one who enjoyed such crafts. I guess I'm just surrounded by the wrong people.
Soon. Life is an evolving thing. Enjoy the contrast and focus on your goal!
Much love xo
